Credit bureau consent

You understand and agree that you are applying for funding by providing the information to complete and submit this application via this website. This website may keep this application and any other application submitted to us and information about you whether or not the application is approved. You certify that the information on the application and in any other application submitted to us is true and complete. You understand that false statements may subject you to criminal penalties. The words "you", "your" and "yours" mean each person submitting this application. The words "we", "us", "our" and "ours" as used below refer to this website, its assignees, agents, banks, or the financial institution(s) selected to receive your application. You authorize us to submit this application and any other application submitted in connection with the proposed transaction to the financial institutions. This application will be reviewed by such financial institutions on behalf of themselves. In addition, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you authorize that such financial institutions may submit your applications to other financial institutions for the purpose of fulfilling your request to apply for funding. You agree that we and our third-party lenders will obtain credit reports from the reporting bureaus: Experian, Equifax, or Trans Union for the sole purpose of the deal. Credit checks or consumer reports through alternative providers may be obtained by some lenders. Typically, these reports will not affect your credit score. You agree that we may verify your business information, pay, assets and debts and that anyone receiving a copy of this is authorized to provide us with such information. You further authorize us to gather whatever credit and business history we consider necessary and appropriate in evaluating this application and any other applications submitted in connection with the proposed transaction. You understand that we will rely on the information in this credit application in making our decision.

Disclaimer notice

Dosh Funding is free to use, we will never charge you a fee for our service. Instead, we may receive a fee or commission after closing from our lending partners. Using the Dosh Funding website does not impact your interest rates nor does it influence which lender you should use. Dosh Funding will always attempt to match you with the best lender based on your application by default. We are completely on your side and here to help your business find the best funding options. Completion of this form in no way guarantees that you will be approved for an offer. Dosh Funding cannot guarantee that all lenders or all types of offers in the marketplace will be available at the time you are using our service. The underwriting, terms & conditions of the loan & criteria necessary for approval is determined exclusively by the lenders (not Dosh Funding). It is imperative that you review each lender's terms and conditions before proceeding with an application for funding. Not all lenders can provide funding within 24-48 hours & may offer different loans to different risk classes. You must determine which option works for you and your business's financial situation. All rates, fees, and terms are presented without guarantee and are subject to change pursuant to each lender's discretion. Dosh Funding is not available in all states and the states offered may change from time to time and without notice. Lenders will perform credit checks with the 3 major credit bureaus of Experian, Equifax, and/or Transunion.

Broker, referral, and ISO-style relationships

We are not a bank or a payment network. Depending on the program, we may act as a referral partner, independent sales organization (ISO) agent, broker, or similar introducer between your business and third-party lenders, processors, sponsor banks, software vendors, and technology platforms. When you choose to move forward with a third party, your contract and privacy relationship are primarily with that provider, not with us.

Fees, rates, reserves, and approval decisions are set by those providers subject to underwriting and program rules. We do not guarantee approval, pricing, or timelines.

Affiliate links, partner offers, and commissions

Portions of our websites (articles, resource pages, comparison content, and “recommended tool” sections) may include links to third-party products or services (for example software, gateways, CRMs, or business services). In some cases:

• We may receive commissions, referral fees, revenue share, or other compensation when you sign up, purchase, or take an action through those links or with our referral codes.
• Compensation arrangements may be fixed per lead, per account, a percentage of processing volume, or another structure agreed with the partner. We do not always disclose the exact amount publicly.
