Privacy policy
Last updated: April 13, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how Dosh Funding (“Dosh Funding,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit or interact with bigdosh.com, doshfund.com, doshfunding.com, and their subdomains (for example www), together with forms, embeds, and other services we operate on those domains. It applies to traffic and usage across all of those sites. It follows common practices in the payment and business-services industry while reflecting our actual programs: business funding introductions, payment processing referrals, and partner tools.
Scope and third-party sites
Personal information means data that can identify you or your business contact persons. The practices above apply on bigdosh.com, doshfund.com, and doshfunding.com (and subdomains we control on those domains). If any of our sites link to third-party websites, tools, or partner offers, those destinations have their own policies. Once you leave our sites, this policy no longer applies. Review the destination site’s privacy notice before submitting information there.
Information we collect
Information falls into two broad categories:
- Voluntarily provided: Name, email, phone, business name, industry, revenue or volume estimates, application details, and anything you enter in forms, chat, or email.
- Automatically collected: Device and browser type, IP address, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, performance, and (where permitted) marketing.
Collection and use of information (applications and forms)
The following restates how we treat information you submit through applications, pre-approval requests, financial transactions, or similar forms on this website. It aligns with the consent language shown at the bottom of our application flows. For credit bureau authorization, lender referrals, and funding disclaimers, see our Disclosure notice — funding application consent.
This website collects personally identifiable information when users submit forms such as applications, financial transactions, or requests for information through this website. Personally identifiable information includes any information that could be used to identify the user, including but not limited to name, address, e-mail address, Social Security number, birth date, bank account information, credit card information, or any combination of information that could be used for identification purposes. This information is utilized only to fulfill the users' requests. This website only uses this information to support the administrative requirements of each transaction. Information collected on this website will not be sold or publicly distributed.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
- Evaluate, route, and service funding and payments-related requests
- Operate, secure, and improve our websites and internal processes
- Comply with law, fraud prevention, and contractual obligations
- Send operational messages and, where allowed, marketing (you may opt out of marketing as described below)
Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on jurisdiction, we rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (such as securing our sites and understanding how services are used), and legal obligation as the basis for processing.
Sharing and processors
We may share information with:
- Service providers: Hosting, analytics, CRM, email, telephony, and security vendors under confidentiality and data-processing terms appropriate to the service.
- Funding and payment partners: Banks, processors, ISOs, lenders, and technology platforms involved when you ask us to connect you with a program. They use data under their own agreements and notices.
- Authorities: When required by law, subpoena, or lawful request, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
- Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of the transaction, subject to this policy or a successor notice.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain disclosures to partners for lead referral or program placement may be characterized as “sharing” under some state laws; see the U.S. state section below.
Retention
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, including ongoing relationships, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or de-identify data where feasible.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is perfectly secure; you share information at your own risk and should use strong passwords and protect account credentials.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by local law). Contact us if you believe we have collected a child’s information in error.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: You may request access or correction of certain information we hold. Contact us with your request.
- Marketing opt-out: Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us to opt out of promotional messages.
- Cookies: Adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies; some features may not work without them.
U.S. state privacy disclosures
Residents of certain states (including California, Colorado, Virginia, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) may have additional rights, such as to know, delete, or opt out of certain “sharing” or targeted advertising uses, subject to exceptions. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals in a uniform way today; we follow this policy and applicable law.
California
If the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA applies, you may have the right to request categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, and categories of third parties with whom we disclose information, and to request deletion subject to exceptions. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. Financial incentive programs, if any, will include required terms.
California “Shine the Light” requests regarding certain sharing for direct marketing may be sent with “California Shine the Light” in the subject line.
International users
If you access our sites from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
